Delivery
We ship worldwide, with our home base in the UAE. All orders are delivered through trusted courier partners.
- Within the UAE: 1–2 working days FREE
- International orders: 4–10 working days, with shipping costs calculated at checkout based on your location.
To help us get your Nightsuit to you as quickly as possible, please provide a complete delivery address and a reachable contact number.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can use the create refund option in your Nightsuit account or contact us at nightsuitbrand@gmail.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customs
For international orders, your parcel may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees once it arrives in your country. These charges are set by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.
While we’d love to make this part as simple as possible, these fees are unfortunately outside our control and vary from country to country. We always recommend checking with your local customs authority if you’d like to get an idea of potential costs before ordering.
If customs fees are declined or left unpaid, your parcel may be returned to us or disposed of by customs. In such cases, shipping costs and duties are non-refundable.
